L2Vex presents an Interlude ruleset on a modern client interface. The official features page lists x25 experience and skill-point rates, x25 Adena, x10 item drops, and x10 quest drops as base rates. Its references to an Essence or Classic-style interface describe the client display, not a separate Classic chronicle.

The server offers automatic class changes and skill learning, a town shop, offline trading, and a built-in auto-farm system with a daily allowance for regular accounts. Scheduled epic bosses, Olympiad seasons, and PvP events such as Team versus Team, Capture the Flag, and Deathmatch form part of its competitive structure.
