L2 Tempest is a Lineage II High Five server that combines low-rate leveling with custom crafting and character development. Its official feature list specifies x1 experience and skill points, x5 drops, spoil and adena, and separate multipliers for raid rewards and quests. A rebirth system grants a distinctive passive skill, adding another development path alongside ordinary leveling.

Equipment progression includes craftable Vorpal and Elegia gear as well as custom weapons, armor, jewelry and accessories with additional stats. The project lists six custom weapon types, five custom armor sets, custom PvE skills and potions, and its own quests. Custom zones, monsters and instances provide places to use this equipment and develop characters.
