L2Sirena is a Lineage II High Five project offering modified progression and competitive clan activities. Its official site currently presents the x15 HIGH server, while also retaining references to an x100 server. The x15 guide describes a Craft-PvP format with additional farming areas, modified raid bosses and changes to group Kamaloka instances.

Character development includes automatic skill learning, subclasses without a quest and an Alt+B panel with shops and a buffer. The documented equipment systems include upgrades for Vorpal and Elegia armor, improvements to epic jewelry and reward boxes containing equipment. These systems supplement hunting, instances and boss encounters as routes toward further character development.

The x15 rules also describe clans starting at level eight, territory wars, Olympiad and events such as Team vs Team, Capture the Flag and Last Hero. Offline trading is available through an in-game command. Optional premium accounts increase progression rewards and provide additional bonuses. The project uses its official forum to explain gameplay systems, publish changes and provide player support.
