l2c4.com x3 Chronicle 4

L2C4, also branded Dragonfan, runs a Lineage II Chronicle 4 world named Ramses x3. Its own server article calls the platform Chronicle 4: Scions of Destiny and sets experience, skill points, adena, drops and spoil at x3, with optional premium rates at x6. Raid and epic boss rates remain x1.

The project provides free class transfers, town buffers, offline trading, crafting and buff selling. Its published feature list also describes an Olympiad with its own equipment and class selection, plus events that include a daily PvP activity and lottery. The homepage lists other C4 worlds separately, including Eternal x1 and Destiny 3; the x3 details here refer to Ramses rather than those worlds.
