L2 Nostalgia is a Lineage II project based on Interlude, with its own account system, launcher and community Discord. Its 2.0 edition combines the familiar chronicle with changes to class progression, equipment and organised PvP. The official features page documents the rules rather than presenting a single fixed experience multiplier.

For Nostalgia 2.0, experience and skill-point rates decrease with character level, from x10 at levels 1–40 to x1 at levels 77–80. Adena also follows level bands. Class adjustments include additional damage against monsters for selected classes and party auras for support characters. The server provides automatic skill learning, an NPC buffer, a shop up to B grade and daily automatic-farming allowances that differ between standard and premium accounts.

Endgame equipment includes masterwork versions of A- and S-grade items and an upgradeable Nostalgia Shirt. Farm Coins obtained from high-level monsters are used for these systems. Team-versus-team and deathmatch events, raid bosses, Olympiad competition and castle sieges provide additional activities. The published rules allow two clients per computer, reduced to one in designated competitive areas.
