Epoch Middle is a customized Lineage II Interlude+ project. Its documented MegaXDrive x50000 format combines PvP and PvE with talents, rebirths, achievements and collections. The official season description starts characters at level 80 and sets the maximum at 99.

Progression is tied to farming, quests and equipment upgrades, with instances, raid bosses and clan activities. The project also describes Card Incognito, a collectible-card system in which players reveal hidden cards, build a deck and upgrade stat bonuses. Its website provides a detailed server guide and community links on Telegram and Discord.
